Terms and Conditions

  1. Terms and Conditions

Enchères360 Auction Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Participation in an auction organized by Enchères360 implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Enchères360 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on our website.

2. Buyer’s Responsibility

Despite Enchères360’s efforts to carefully examine the lots offered for sale, it is the responsibility of each bidder to assess the condition of the items themselves.

All items are sold “as is”.

The descriptions, dimensions, conditions, and information provided do not constitute a guarantee in any way.

Enchères360 provides the maximum available information (provenance, restorations, age), but it is the buyer’s responsibility to ask all necessary questions to be fully confident before bidding.

For any additional inquiries regarding a lot, please write to us at: [email protected]

3. Accuracy of Information and Limitations of Liability

Enchères360 cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or description inaccuracies.

We also disclaim all responsibility for any technical issues during the submission of bids, whether for online auctions or otherwise.

Some items may be subject to a reserve price: responding to the starting bid does not necessarily mean that the reserve has been met.

All transactions are conducted in Canadian dollars (CAD).

4. Invoicing and Fees

Buyers will receive their invoice by email within three (3) business days following the sale.

Payment is due within ten (10) business days after the auction closes.

In addition to the hammer price, fees include:

A buyer’s premium (according to the percentage displayed at the time of sale).

Applicable taxes, depending on the pickup or delivery location.

For any questions regarding invoicing, please contact us at: [email protected]

5. Payment Methods

Enchères360 accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Electronic Funds Transfer

6. Packaging, Shipping, and Pickup

Buyers have a maximum of ten (10) days following the sale to retrieve their lot.

It is recommended to notify Enchères360 of your visit so that your items can be prepared and available for pickup at our office.

All packaging, shipping, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance is mandatory.

The buyer may arrange their own delivery method, but Enchères360’s responsibility ceases once the item leaves our warehouse.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or application falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
